About Love Shaving Club
Love Shaving Club is a Canadian Men’s Grooming company, based out of Edmonton, Alberta.
Founded in 2018 by two college friends Matthew Ankerstein and John Perozok, who met while attending Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. The two discovered that men had become slaves to their razors, hating their shaving experience and the costs involved. The two learned about an old-school technique called “wet-shaving”, that empowers men to follow a process for a better shave. A process that places a high emphasis on self-care by utilizing products that provide a superior shaving experience compared to the competition.
Passionate about wet-shaving and empowering men to be their best selves, they two started Love Shaving Club, offering a shaving cream, pre-shave oil, safety razor, and a brush.
